OK, so I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that Donald Trump will win the GOP Nomination
This will focus on the Democratic race to oppose Captain Orange.

Iowa caucus     41 D

First state to cast votes for the nominees. Hillary Clinton beat Bernie Sanders here by the slimmest margin in Iowa Caucus History in 2016.

First in the nation primary. Bernie Sanders won here in 2016.
