Brian Cashman




In Mike Vaccaro's Open Mike column last week, he noted that this year marks Brian Cashman's 20th season as Yankee GM. Again one needs to look back at George Steinbrenner's reign, especially between 1978 and his banishment in 1990 to see how amazing of a survivor Cashman has been.

Also we can again look at all the other metropolitan area teams and see how many GM's they have had since Cash took over the Yankee reins in 1998..
